BlueStreak Tennis Acceleration
The Tennis Acceleration program will help develop the athlete from head to toe. To really master the sport of tennis, an athlete must obtain quick feet, explosive legs and a strong core. Developing the athlete is only half the battle, learning how to use your racket and combining that with BlueStreak’s Tennis coaches will help you reach your full potential as a Tennis athlete. You will be training on our patented Athletic Republic Speed Treadmills.
This specialized equipment will help you improve your running mechanics by increasing power output and foot speed. Plyometric training will increase first step quickness, reaction time, and overall body control. This program offers the most flexible schedule and covers every aspect of training. The training should take about six to eight weeks to complete and best results are seen if you train 2-3 days a week over that period of time.
