BlueStreak Soccer Acceleration
Soccer is a game of speed, endurance, agility, and ball control. Outlasting an opponent in the ninetieth minute can become less of a mental battle if a player is in the best possible shape. The soccer acceleration program develops athletes from the ground up; improving footwork, speed, biomechanics and overall body control.
You will be training on our patented Athletic Republic Speed Treadmills. This specialized equipment will help you improve your running mechanics by increasing power output and foot speed. On plyometric days, athletes will focus on developing their first step quickness, reaction time, and overall body control through specifically designed drills to enhance their athletic ability on the soccer field. This program offers the most flexible schedule and covers every aspect of training. The training should take about six to eight weeks to complete and best results are seen if you train 2-3 days a week over that period of time.
