Sprinting is the foundation of playing sports: if you do not have proper sprinting mechanics, explosive speed, quickness and power, you’re missing out on the opportunity to outmaneuver your competition.
BlueStreak’s maintainence program offers the in-season athlete the best opportunity to continue their individual skill development while continued reinforcement of muscle memory patterns. All sessions consist of our unique three period blend. Athletes will partake in 1st period Super Treadmill / Plyometric training, 2nd period functional strength / power circuit training and 3rd period Speed / Agility / Quickness training. Each session will focus on developing the athlete’s acceleration and speed during the season while maintaining proper sprinting bio-mechanics. Each session can be scheduled at anytime.
