BlueStreak's Golf Program
is designed to help golfers play better, by moving better.  Golf fitness is about understanding how a body’s limitations can influence the golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels; whether it’s through swing instruction, physical rehabilitation or strength and conditioning exercise. It’s about understanding the latest technology and how that technology can be implemented to increase performance. 

The BlueStreak Golf program is ideal for beginner and amateur golfers because it helps develop the inner athlete within all of us and teach's you how to move your body in an efficient, healthy way. For the more experienced golfer, this program will ensure that you will golf for the rest of your life! Reducing and eliminating aches and pains while increase strength, range of motion and enhancing proper motor patterns to ensure more rotational control and power output.  BlueStreak has the expertise and experience when it comes to understanding the human body and the affects the game of golf has it. The program is designed and monitored by TPICertified Fitness Trainer Jason Clement to ensure that an appropriate and progressive plan of action is implemented into each individual's performance training program.
