BlueStreak Field Hockey Acceleration

Field Hockey is a game designed for explosive speed, never ending endurance, and the power to aggressively outmaneuver competitors.  The Bluestreak Field Hockey Acceleration program uses science-based training methods which results in the athlete becoming more efficient during field hockey specific movements. You will be training on our patented Athletic Republic Speed Treadmills.

This specialized equipment will help you improve your running mechanics by increasing power output and foot speed. Plyometric training will increase first step quickness, reaction time, and rotational power. This will drastically improve both field hockey shots and passes. To yield the best results, it is recommended to  train 2 to 3 days per week and complete the program within six to eight weeks.

Directly following each 90 minute training session, we offer 30 minute add-ons to complement our Acceleration Program. If you need quicker feet, better reaction and more explosive movements, these are perfect additions to training.
