BB Bench Press x12,10,8,6 (Last set should be heavy)
SA DB Row      x 8,8,8,8  (Heavy)

Arnold Press 3 x 10
KB Farmers Carry 3 x 100yds

BB Curl to Bent over row 3 x 8,8,6 (2x per ex.)
Back Extension 3 x 15

Finish: Curls 2 x 30 sec, OH triceps press 2 x 30 secs, PU 2 x 30 secs :)
