BB Back Squat 3 x 6 (Heavy) 
Hamstring Curls (PB) 3 x 10

Max Rounds in 4 Minutes:

knees to elbow 12x (OTG or from Hang) 
Box Jumps       9x
Wall Balls        6x

Rest 1 minute after last rep, then repeat for 4 rounds total!
