BlueStreak and the Athletic Republic Protocols will help take your game to the next level by improving strength, quickness, power and mental toughness, giving you measurable results. 

Our Basketball Acceleration Program is designed to improve an individual’s complete level of athleticism and tailor it to the needs of their sport. This program offers the most flexible schedule and covers every aspect of training including their strength, power, agility and speed. The training should take about six to eight weeks to complete and best results are seen if you train 2-3 days a week over that period of time.

Directly following each 90 minute training session, we offer 30 minute add-ons to complement our Acceleration Program. If you need quicker feet, better reaction and more explosive movements, these are perfect additions to training.
