BlueStreak Baseball/Softball Acceleration

Baseball and Softball are games of hand-eye coordination, speed, strength and reaction time. Our science-based training improves the rate at which you can do mechanical work, retraining your body from the inside out— neurologically, metabolically and biomechanically—so that you can become more efficient in the actual motions of your sport.

The BlueStreak program is perfect for baseball and softball players because it uses patented Athletic Republic protocols that generate measurable results in an athlete's speed, strength, and agility. Many of the world’s professional and elite athletes have benefited from our programs. This program offers the most flexible schedule and covers every aspect of training. The training should take about six to eight weeks to complete and best results are seen if you train 2-3 days a week over that period of time.

Directly following each 90 minute training session, we offer 30 minute add-ons to complement our Acceleration Program. If you need quicker feet, better reaction and more explosive movements, these are perfect additions to training.
