BlueStreak Squash Acceleration

The Bluestreak Squash Acceleration Program is designed to improve an individual’s complete level of athleticism and tailor it to the needs of squash. The Science-based program improves the rate of muscular force production and power output.

This program offers the most flexible schedule and covers every aspect of training including their strength, speed and flexibility. The training should take about six to eight weeks to complete and best results are seen if you train 2-3 days a week over that period of time.

Directly following each 90 minute training session, we offer 30 minute add-ons to complement our Acceleration Program. If you need quicker feet, better reaction and more explosive movements, these are perfect additions to training.
